First, you are not alone. Anxiety affects over 18% of the American population over 18, and is growing at an unprecedented rate. This weekend we encourage you to join us for a relaxing retreat in the mountains of southern Appalachia with others who can relate. You will learn from speakers about anxiety, causes, and natural ways to not only cope, but begin the healing process of regaining control within yourself. You will learn about healing herbs and mixtures to aid in that process, spend personal time with a faster EFT therapist in a 1 on 1 session, enjoy a personal Thai bodywork session, practice different types of yoga for releasing that pent up energy and for relaxing the body and mind, mindful meditation practices, and you will be able to share with others who can empathize with what you are experiencing. Delicious, healthy, homemade food will be served throughout the weekend prepared by our Yogi staff. Free time will be scheduled to allow you for personal meditation or to wander the forested grounds. Class size is limited to 14 so as not to be overly crowded and each person will have a bed. 2 may sleep on a super comfy giant air mattress. This class is by pre-registration only and the cutoff date is January 25. Class cost is $450. The profits from this retreat will go to have free additional classes for high schoolers suffering from anxiety and stress.
